1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, the SentinelCore public demonstration, or related resources, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Evaluation services
Public website materials and demonstration services are provided for education and evaluation. They do not create a customer account, production deployment, service commitment, or contract.
3. Public demo restrictions
Use synthetic and non-confidential information only. Do not submit passwords, private API keys, customer records, health information, payment data, trade secrets, or restricted company information.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, bypass security controls, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or use the services unlawfully.
5. SentinelCore decisions
Results such as ALLOW, FLAG, or BLOCK are automated evaluations based on configured rules and available information. They are not legal advice, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of safety.
6. Managed pilots
Managed pilots and paid services require a separate written agreement covering scope, pricing, responsibilities, security expectations, limitations, and success criteria.
7. Platform limitations
SentinelCore does not guarantee prevention of every AI-related incident and is not represented as universal AI discovery, autonomous remediation, or regulatory certification.
8. Intellectual property
The SentinelCore platform, website, branding, documentation, software, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to Inyanza Systems and may not be redistributed without approval.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Evaluation services are provided without guarantees of continuous availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every use case. Use of the services is subject to applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
Inyanza Systems may suspend or terminate access to evaluation services, managed pilots, or SentinelCore accounts when necessary to protect the platform, customers, third parties, or Inyanza Systems; to address suspected misuse or security risk; or where required by applicable law or agreement.
